Automated Turnkey Plant for Sodium Silicate Production

A sodium silicate manufacturer relied on manual loading of raw materials into a 1,200°C furnace — a dangerous and exhausting process that led to high worker turnover and inconsistent output.
We examined every stage of production alongside their process engineer and completely reimagined the plant layout. Our team designed a fully automated system that handled feeding, dosing, conveying, and mixing with zero manual involvement.
To ensure durability in harsh conditions, we specified mixers, screw feeders, belt conveyors, dedusting systems, and elevators with maximum heat and abrasion resistance. Working with our electrical partner, we integrated sensors, load cells, PLCs, and HMI panels for full process visibility.
